Optimate sets itself up around you in about ten quiet minutes, then learns how you work. This page walks you through exactly what that looks like: the first conversation, the first morning, and the days after.

Minute one
Your download comes with one line to paste into Codex, part of the ChatGPT desktop app. Paste it, press Enter, and Codex does the heavy lifting: it builds your space around you and tells you how to know each step worked.
While it works, it asks you three short questions. Answer in a line or two. There are no wrong answers, and what you say about your worry becomes the first thing Optimate helps you with.
You are done when Codex has shown you around. From then on, any day starts with four words: help me with today.

The next morning
Open your space and say help me with today. Your morning starts: about ten minutes, in four short parts.
Good morning, by name. No screens full of numbers, nothing to face before coffee.
Quoted back in your own words. Didn't get to it? No guilt: keep it or let it go.
Anything that arrived or was left over. If nothing is new, it says nothing.
One small suggestion, or none. Then: that's it, see you tomorrow.
Never more than one new idea in your morning. And if you stay away for weeks, coming back is one warm catch-up, never a guilt trip.

One idea, if you want it: Thursday morning is clear, and the proposal needs an hour. That's it. See you tomorrow.
No commands to memorize. Say it your own way and it understands. Every answer comes from what is written in your files, and Optimate tells you where it found it. When nothing is written, it says so plainly.

The kind of thing you'd find inside
You will really only open two of them: Command Center and Inbox. The rest fill up on their own as you work. And if you looked over Optimate's shoulder, you could read everything it knows, because it is all written there, in plain language.
Day one to week two
Nothing here is homework. Optimate learns your business from the work it already sees, and every step of that learning is checked with you out loud.
When you need words, ask for a draft: a follow-up after a meeting, a kind nudge on something owed, a one-page prep before a call. Every draft shows which facts it used and where they came from, and it is always text for you to send. Optimate never sends anything itself, and a price is never guessed: that number stays yours.
Day one
Install, three friendly questions, and the thing weighing on you most gets a first move the same day.
Day two
The morning check-in starts, and Optimate makes one offer: want me to learn where your things are, so I can find them for you later? That helper is called the Librarian. Saying no costs nothing.
After a week
A ten minute review of your week, told in wins. A couple of did-I-get-this-right checks, a gentle nudge on the oldest things you are waiting on, and one priority for Monday.
Week two on
Answers and drafts get specific to you. Optimate checks its guesses out loud, writes down only what you confirm, and your own edits always win.
Always true
Your work lives in plain files you can open and read yourself. Nothing is uploaded, shared, or sent anywhere on its own.
Optimate works while your computer is on and Codex is open, within what you have allowed. Close them and nothing is running and nothing is read.
Before it moves, deletes, sends, or opens anything private, you get a plain question first. You say yes or no.
Remove Optimate any day and your files stay exactly where they were, readable as ever. Nothing is trapped.
A computer and a ChatGPT account. Optimate runs through Codex, part of the ChatGPT desktop app: you sign in with the ChatGPT account you already have, and there is no separate subscription for it. ChatGPT Plus (about USD 20 a month, paid to OpenAI rather than to us) is the practical minimum: the free plan hits its usage limits too quickly for day-to-day work.
