THE FORMAT
The workshop is 8 focused video modules (under 4 hours total) that follow the LEAD sequence in the order that actually works. Each phase builds on the last. You cannot re-engineer cognitive load out of sequence, which is why the order is non-negotiable.
Each module comes with an implementation exercise. You watch one section, then pause and build that piece of your system before moving on. By the time you reach the last module, you're not starting from scratch. You're refining something you've already been using.
The whole process takes 2 to 4 weeks at a comfortable pace. Short enough to see results quickly. Slow enough that each piece actually sticks.
